You may return the UNWORN item purchased from www.Jewelleryinthebox.com for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items sent back to us must be in their original conditions, i.e. unworn, not altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you. After 20 days of receipt of your order, any return will not be accepted for any reason.

Before returning, please email us first for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns will not be accepted. And please read the following policy first:

A. We have offered all the product pictures and size chart and color on our website. Please make sure you have chosen the size and color that you want. We do not accept the return of a product for refund or exchange if it is because of the wrong size or color that you have chosen.

B. Upon receipt of the parcel, please examine your ordered item carefully. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. Then we will resend a new item to you without additional charges or issue a refund for you.

C. If you want to return the product without any problems just because you do not want it, we are sorry to tell you we can not accept your requirement.

D. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your interests, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.

E. You need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (for example, if you order item value is $150, the refund is $105), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.

If you want to return the ordered product, Pls attach a note with the following information:

1) Order Number

2) Product Code/Product Name

3) Details of the reason for your exchange

4) A refund or exchange as the solution

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Pls allow up to 5-7 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
